Refund Policy

Because many of our products are made to order or custom-made just for you, we want to be upfront about how refunds and returns work. We stand behind the quality of everything we make and will always do our best to make things right.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom orders — including personalized patches, custom earrings, and any made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. We put a lot of care into each piece, and since it's made specifically for you, we're unable to resell it. Please double-check all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

Ready-to-Ship Items

If your item is a ready-to-ship (non-custom) product, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect caused by our production process, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement or another resolution.

If we do not receive prompt notice of damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, the customer accepts responsibility for the condition and contents of the package.

Order Errors

If we made a mistake on your order (wrong design, wrong size, wrong text), we'll fix it at no additional cost to you. However, we are not responsible for errors in information submitted by the customer. Please review all personalization details, sizing, and order information carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Once production has begun, we are generally unable to accommodate cancellations.
