At Slate & Ember, some of our products can be customized upon request or where offered. If your order includes a custom or personalized item, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you. Once your order is placed and production has begun, we are unable to make changes to the design, size, or personalization details.

Please double-check all names, text, and other details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in personalization information provided by the customer.

Production Timeline

Production times can vary depending on your order — we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Photo Submissions

Please upload high-quality, clear images. We recommend a minimum file size of 1MB and a maximum file size of 10MB. Low-resolution or blurry images may affect the final quality of your product. We will notify you if a submitted photo does not meet quality standards and give you the opportunity to provide an alternative.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. We encourage you to review it before placing your order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible — cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once production has begun.
