Portfolio & Marketing Use

Occasionally, we may wish to feature completed pieces on our website or social media as examples of our work. We will always ask for your explicit permission before using any image of your finished product in our portfolio or marketing materials. You are never obligated to consent.

Photo Quality

Please upload the highest quality images available. We recommend a minimum file size of 1MB and a maximum file size of 10MB. Low-resolution or blurry images may affect the final quality of your product. We will notify you if a submitted photo does not meet our quality standards and give you the opportunity to provide an alternative before production begins.

Storage & Deletion

Your submitted photos are stored securely and used only for the duration of your order. If you would like your photos deleted from our records after your order is complete, please contact us and we will honor that request promptly.
